Candy-less vending machine, good or bad?

Hey Mercy do you remember the vending machine that was introduced last year by Mr. Tywford?  Well it’s baaaaaaaaaack once again and filled lots of goodies. But what makes this vending machine so special if there is no candy in this vending machine? Wait what? did you just read that right,  “no candy in this vending machine”??? To answer your question, YES! you did just read that, but let me assure you that the goodies inside this vending machine are as equally great as candy.

But what kind of vending machine is as good as one filled with candy? Well how about one filled with the small little school supplies that somehow seem to disappear from your pencil bag? That is exactly the kind of goodies that are found in our vending machine. Among these essential are new I.D. lanyard, index cards, white out, pens, pencils, and most importantly nail files. This is just a small list of what goodies you can find in our vending machine.

The reason why we have this life-saver of a machine, is because it is to help support INTERalliance’s funds to help them go to TechOlympics. When talking to an INTERalliance member about why we have this vending machine, she told me that whatever they make from the machine helps balance out the funds to go this really cool event.

Now where is this vending machine located? It is located on the first floor in the Tech Wing right outside of the Mac Lab. So now that you know where the machine is located and what the money raised from it is for, then why not go and get something out of it the next time you gawk past!
