Sunday, November 16, 2014 was the day Cincinnati received its first snowfall of of the season. iIt began snowing around 9:00 pm and continue all through the night into Monday. We received 4 inches of snow and many schools closed down. Mercy was already off but that just means we got a free snow day. This is just the beginning of what could be a bad winter ahead of us. Today we had below freezing temperatures causing black ice on roads. This time schools had a delay instead of an off day but Mercy didn’t have a delay because Mercy girls are tough. Drivers should definitely be careful on the roads. Everyone should prepare themselves for what is ahead of us. On a lighter note the snow looked pretty and more snow means sledding and other fun activities. So pour a cup of hot chocolate and let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.
