So far this November, the weather has been fairly warm. Most days, the high has been in the 50s or 60s. Sure, it’s good to have nice weather, but we all want snow. Luckily, that could be coming up soon in the future.
According to weather.com, Saturday night going into Sunday, the low is 23° with a 20% chance of precipitation. Sunday, the high is supposed to be 36°, with a low of 22°. We will most likely at least have flurries, if not snow.
Last year at this time, we had about five inches of snow on the ground. Our first snow day was before Thanksgiving break even started.
We already know that middle school and elementary school kids will have spoons under their pillows Saturday night and their pajamas will be worn inside-out and backwards in hopes of snow. Maybe their crazy superstitions will actually be effective and we will wake up with snow!
