A Sweet Christmas

These snowman cupcakes are perfect to go along with a cup of hot cocoa and the movie  Frosty the Snowman by the fire.  Here are the steps you’ll need to follow in order to make these festive cupcakes:

-On the night before, pipe out triangle shapes for the snowman’s nose made out of orange royal icing (they peel the easiest off of parchment paper)

-You’ll then make the cupcakes using any of your favorite cupcake recipes

-Begin to make your white frosting out of Italian Buttercream Frosting (be sure to make the icing as white as possible by using White Americolor Food Coloring)

-Pipe the white icing onto the cupcake with a large circle tip

-Keep the end of the bag 1 inch away from the cupcake and push frosting on it until the cupcake is covered

-Lastly, place on the orange nose and pipe the black dots for the eyes and mouth
