Over the years, Kings Island has been a great attraction for all people. It is filled with many roller coasters, water rides, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Many people travel to Mason just to ride the thrilling roller coasters! Every year, Kings Island fans get excited for opening day.

On April 16, 2016 Kings Island opened for the new season! Many people have been buying passes for the beginning season. Passes range from Season, Gold, and Platinum. The Season Pass includes unlimited park visits and unlimited soak city visits. The Gold Pass includes unlimited park and Soak City visits through halloween haunt, free parking, early ride times, early Soak City entry, food and merchandise discounts, and bring a friend discounts. The Platinum Pass has all the same features as the gold pass but includes entrance into all Cedar Fair Parks. Most people have the Gold Pass that Kings Island features because it gives you a good mix of a lot of features you can do with it but not as expensive as the Platinum.
